Abstract
The presence of technological developments impacts on the increasing of information disclosure. Also, it is occurred in every government agency, including in the center, province and district / city. This openness is very important since the community can directly observe various policies and developments in the region as well as the use of the budget. This issue of openness is very important as a foundation for development in this region. The financial transparency leads community to conduct both direct and indirect monitor of its usage. It is expected that the regional development will be enlarged and the misuse of financial budget can be reduced. Therefore, it will be possible to realize development and creates a good government.
Abstak
Perkembangan teknologi membuat era keterbukaan informasi semakin terbuka lebar. Ini juga terjadi di setiap instansi pemerintah mulai dari pusat, provinsi hingga kabupaten / kota. Keterbukaan ini sangat penting agar masyarakat dapat secara langsung memantau berbagai kebijakan dan perkembangan di wilayah tersebut. Termasuk penggunaan anggaran di masing-masing instansi pemerintah. Masalah keterbukaan ini sangat penting, sebagai landasan dalam pembangunan di kawasan ini. Masyarakat menginginkan transparansi keuangan regional sehingga mereka dapat berkontribusi untuk pemantauan langsung dan pemantauan. Dengan keterbukaan ini, pembangunan akan dimaksimalkan dan meminimalkan penyalahgunaan atau penyalahgunaan anggaran keuangan daerah. Dengan begitu, akan mungkin untuk mewujudkan pembangunan yang mengambil sisi dari rakyat dan menciptakan pemerintahan pemerintahan yang baik.
