STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS JASA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NEGERI (MIN) DEMANGAN KOTA MADIUN

Abstract: This study aims to explain MIN Demangan’s strategy how to improve its service quality and to know the success of the strategy. This research is a qualitative research. The result of the research indicates that to improve the service quality of Islamic education MIN Demangan was combined two strategies: the strategy to fulfill the dimensions of service quality and the strategy to overcome the gaps of service quality. The combination of the two strategies named Meta-Spiritual Strategy. It’s a strategy to reach the quality of Islamic education beyond the standard that more touching to spiritual aspect and customer satisfaction. The success of the strategy was known based on service quality perspective and customer satisfaction perspective.
Abstsrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan strategi MIN Demangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas jasa penddidikan Islam dan menjelaskan keberhasilan strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kualitas jasa pendidikan Islam MIN Demangan Kota Madiun mengkombinasikan dua strategi, yaitu strategi dalam memenuhi dimensi kualitas jasa serta strategi mengatasi kesenjangan kualitas jasa. Strategi yang memadukan dua strategi ini bisa disebut dengan Strategi Meta-Spiritual yaitu strategi untuk mencapai kualitas jasa pendidikan Islam yang melampui standar kualitas yang bersifat lebih menyentuh dimensi kejiwaan dan kepuasan perasaan pengguna jasa. Keberhasilan strategi ini diketahui berdasarkan perspektif kualitas jasa serta perspektif kepuasan pelanggan.
